If you bought your Ageas insurance policy with optional cover from a broker, please refer to your policy documentation for the contact number to call.
Please note when you select motor or home claims, we will direct you to the Ageas online claims service, provided by Ageas Insurance Ltd.

For existing car insurance claims, please call your dedicated claims handler or email us on motorclaims@ageas.co.uk quoting your claim reference number in the subject header. You will have received a letter with these details.
