Your motor policy will cover you using your car to tow any single trailer-caravan or broken-down vehicle while it is attached to your car and if allowed by law, provided it is not being towed for hire or reward.

Do you offer gap insurance?

Do you offer learner driver insurance?

We are only able to offer cover for learner drivers if they are over the age of 21 and hold a UK provisional driving licence.

To get a quote to amend, remove, or add new drivers, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your online account https://my.ageas.co.uk/login?
  • Click ‘Change policy details’
  • Underneath ‘Need to change driver details?’ click ‘Edit’
  • Input the date of the change and click ‘Continue’
  • Insert your new details
  • Once all the details are entered, click ‘Continue’
  • You can click ‘Save’ to exit or ‘Continue’ to purchase the change.

Do you offer multicar insurance?

How do I make a complaint?

How do I log onto the MID?

It can take up to 72 hours for the Motor Insurance Database to be updated. Your cover will start on the date shown on your policy documents.

What are your opening hours?

Customer Services: Our call centres are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 18:00 and Saturdays from 08:30 - 16:00. You can also speak to a human colleague on our website on Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 17:55 and on Saturdays from 08:30 - 15:55 (please be aware our hours might differ on bank holidays).

Claims: Our Claims Team is open 24 hours a day in order for you to report a claim.

How can I get a refund?

Has the refund been processed by one of our consultants or online?

Online: Please speak to a member of our Live Chat team via our Virtual Assistant or calling. Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays.

Consultant: Refunds can take up to 72 hours before they show in your account. If it has been longer than 72 hours, then please speak to a member of our Live Chat team via our Virtual Assistant or call us. Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays.

Please note that if you have made a claim then there is no entitlement to a refund of premium.

How do I retrieve a quote?

Please click on 'Start Your Quote' and scroll towards the right-hand side of your screen. Please then select 'Retrieve Your Quote' and enter your quote reference number and data protection details. You can find your quote reference number on the email we sent to you when your quote was initially saved.
