How do I change my password

To change your password, please log in to your online account and follow the steps below:

  1. Select ‘My account details’
  2. The ‘Change password’ section should show at the top. This will allow you to enter your current password and then enter a new password
  3. Select ‘Save’ to complete your change
  4. You will then receive an email to confirm your password has been updated.

If you have forgotten your password, it's easy to reset your password here

You will also be able to create an account if you don't have one.
