  3. Try to swap details with the other people involved in the incident for example names, contact details and vehicle/insurer details
  4. Take pictures if you can and it is safe to do so, particularly of the vehicle damage and the position of vehicles in the road
  5. Check if you can report your claim and find out what you need before making a car insurance claim
  6. Report your claim online or you can reach us by using one of the following numbers based on how you purchased your policy:
