If you're planning a winter sports holiday, you can enjoy the extra protection of our optional cover while hitting the slopes.
What's included?
- Medical and other expenses incurred outside of the United Kingdom as a result of you taking part in winter sports.
- Loss, theft or damage to winter sports equipment, up to £1,000 (£400 for hired)
- Ski pack costs up to £400, in case of illness or injury
- Piste closure cover up to £400
- Avalanche cover up to £500
What's not covered?
- Loss, theft or damage to your winter sports equipment during your outward or return journey if you do not get a letter from the carrier or a 'Property Irregularity Report'.
- Loss or theft of your winter sports equipment at any time, if you do not report the loss or theft to the local police in the country where the incident occurred.
There is a maximum age for Winter Sports cover of 65.
Cover is limited to 17 days of Winter Sports cover when purchasing an Annual Multi Trip.
