I look forward to welcoming Sian to the team in June. Her expertise and a broad perspective will be invaluable in building on the people strategy that Lyn has successfully led, contributing to Ageas’s Top Employer status. I’d like to thank Lyn for her dedication and loyalty to Ageas and the industry over the years, as a driving force for building an inclusive culture and significantly adding to the insurance talent pool.
Commenting on her appointment, Sian said:
I am thrilled to be joining Ageas. My experience in construction, manufacturing and finance has taught me that people are the cornerstone of every successful company strategy. I am passionate about adapting, building, and maintaining work environments that recognise and reward, train and nurture, and inspire and include every single one of us.
Subject to the usual regulatory approvals, Sian will become a member of the Ageas UK Executive Team contributing to the leadership and decision-making of the wider UK business as it focuses on growing in its core personal lines markets.
