How can I stop auto-renewal?
To stop your policy from automatically renewing please log in to your account and select ‘Auto-renewal settings’.
You can now opt out of auto-renewal. If you are opted into auto-renewal we will still contact you one month before your policy renews so you can always choose to cancel at that point.
