How do I change my address?

To get a quote to change your address, please follow the below steps:

Insured address

  1. Log in to your online account

  2. Select 'My home'

  3. Underneath 'Change your address' select 'Edit'

  4. Select the date you would like the change to start and select 'Continue'
  5. Enter your new house number and postcode and select 'Find address' and then select your address
  6. Answer all applicable questions
  7. Once all the details are entered, select 'Continue'
  8. And finally, you can select 'Save quote for later' to store the quote or 'Confirm your change(s)' to accept the change

Correspondence address

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Select 'My home'
  3. Underneath ‘Change your personal or property details’, select 'Edit'
  4. Select the date you would like the change to start and select 'Continue'
  5. Select 'Edit' next to the correspondence address
  6. Enter the house number and postcode and select 'Find address' and then, the new correspondence address
  7. Select 'Back' to exit or 'Continue' to quote the change
  8.  And finally, you can select 'Save quote for later' to store the quote or 'Confirm your change(s)' to accept the change
