Changes you can’t yet make via your online account
There are some changes that can't be done in your online account, these are:
- Amend date of birth
- Change occupation
- Change the policy holder
- Update bank details
- Changes in the renewal period
- Changes before the policy starts
- Add or remove building works information
- Change 'Executor' status
- Add a specified item
- Remove buildings cover or contents cover

Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays. Please be aware that there is no admin fee when you make a change that isn’t possible online over the phone.
