Changes you can’t yet make via your online account

There are some changes that can't be done in your online account, these are:

  • Amend date of birth
  • Change occupation
  • Change the policy holder
  • Update bank details
  • Changes in the renewal period
  • Changes before the policy starts
  • Add or remove building works information
  • Change 'Executor' status
  • Add a specified item
  • Remove buildings cover or contents cover

Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays. Please be aware that there is no admin fee when you make a change that isn’t possible online over the phone.
