After I’ve called a plumber, can I claim?

Once the leak has been stopped, we will get to work on fixing the damage caused. It is important to notify us of your claim at the earliest opportunity, however, until a permanent repair has been completed by the plumber we will not look to progress to repairs.

Providing your building has been damaged by the water leakage, we will pay the reasonable costs you have to pay to find where the leak is coming from, including the cost to repair walls, floors or ceilings, up to the limit shown in your policy documentation.

You must get our agreement before work starts to receive this benefit. If any of your contents have been damaged as a result of the leak, please refer to your policy documentation for a full list of what’s included and excluded.

If you’re ready to make a claim, visit online claims.
