1. Check your policy details and policy number.
   You will need your policy number when starting your claim. This can be found on your confirmation email or in your policy documents.
2. What’s your excess?
   You can check this, your cover limits and details of endorsements in your Statement of Fact, which can be found in your online account or policy confirmation email.
3. Are you covered?
   Check that you’re covered in your policy document, which you can find in your online account or policy confirmation email.
4. Find your policy documents
   If you bought directly with Ageas, check the Ageas policy documents and log in to your Ageas online account.
   
   If you bought directly with Saga, check the Saga policy documents and log in to your Saga online account. 
   
   If you bought through a broker, check directly with them for your policy documents.
