How do I cancel my renewal?
You can cancel your policy, just log in to your online account and follow the steps below:
- Select 'My car' or 'My home'
- Select 'Thinking of leaving us' at the bottom of the page
- Select reason for cancellation
- Select when you would like your policy to end
- Follow the steps to complete your cancellation.
For van customers
You cannot do this online at the moment, but please speak to a member of our Live Chat team via our Virtual Assistant or call us. Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays.
Bought your Ageas Van Insurance through a broker, partner or intermediary? Please get in touch with them to make any changes to your policy. Unfortunately we are unable to help with this directly.
