Voluntary work is work carried out by a person willingly without receiving any financial gain (except for mileage allowance).

This is not something we need to record on your policy. If you receive a financial gain, please record this on your policy under the occupation section.

If you are an existing customer, you can do this in your online account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your online account
2. Select ‘Change policy details’
3. Underneath ‘Need to change driver details?’ select ‘Edit’
4. Input the date of the change and select ‘Continue’
5. Insert your new details
6. Once all the details are entered, select ‘Continue’
7. Select ‘Save’ to exit or ‘Continue’ to purchase the change.

Log in to your online account
