How do I renew my van insurance policy?

You can renew your policy online by following these steps:

  • Log in to your online account and click ‘My Van’ on the left side.
  • Under the ‘Renewals’ tab click ‘Renewal Invitation’ to view your renewal or select the ‘Renew’ button to renew your policy.
  • Once you click on ‘Renew’ you can choose whether you would like to pay monthly or in full, and you will be provided with a payment summary.
  • Click ‘Continue’ to renew your policy or ‘Back’ to return to the overview of your renewal details.
  • After clicking ‘Continue’, you can then enter your card details and click ‘Next’ to finalise your renewal.

Why is my renewal price different?

Your renewal price is based on our latest datasets and you won't be charged any more than the equivalent new business price.

We want to make renewing easy. We think it is fairer and more convenient for our customers if we provide our final price from the outset based on the information we hold for you. Can I change my current policy after I've received my renewal invite?

If you need to make a change to your policy after you’ve received your renewal invitation, then please speak to a member of our Live Chat team via our Virtual Assistant or call us. Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays.

How do I change my payment details for renewal?

You can renew your policy and change your card details online by:

  • Under the ‘Renewals’ tab click ‘Renewal Invitation’ to view your renewal or select ‘Renew My Policy’ to renew.
  • Once you click on ‘Renew My Policy’ you can choose whether you would like to pay monthly or in full, and you will be provided with a payment summary.
  • Click ‘Continue’ to renew your policy or ‘Back’ to return to the overview of your renewal details. After clicking ‘Continue’, you can then enter your new card details and click ‘Next’ to finalise your renewal.

I don't want to renew my policy

To cancel your policy at renewal please speak to a member of our Live Chat team via our Virtual Assistant or call us. Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays.

How can I stop auto-renewal?

To stop your policy from automatically renewing please log in to your account and select ‘Auto-renewal settings’. You can now opt out of auto-renewal. If you are opted into auto-renewal we will still contact you one month before your policy renews so you can always choose to cancel at that point.

I've missed my renewal date
