How do I log in to My account?

Please make sure you are entering your username and password in the correct case as our site is case sensitive. If you are still having trouble logging in, please try to retrieve your username or reset your password on the login page. You can log in to your account using the link https://my.ageas.co.uk/

Online account showing old policy / online account for multiple policies

You can find your new policy in your online account by following the steps below:

  • Log in to your online account
  • On the "My Car" or "My Home" page, click the registration number plate or home address
  • A drop down will appear, with the policies linked to your online account
  • Here you can select the relevant policy you wish to view

I don’t have an online account

How do I view my policy details?

You can find your documents in your online account or you can see all our  policy documents here.

How do I get large print or Braille documents?

If you need your documents in a different format, such as large print or braille, please speak to a member of our Live Chat team via our Virtual Assistant or call us. Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays.

I’m unable to open my documents

How do I reset my online account username or password?

Forgotten Password: If you have forgotten your password then please reset it with the link: https://my.ageas.co.uk/forgot_password. The link can also take up to one hour to come through and might be in your junk/spam folder.

Forgotten Username: Your username is your email address.
