Terms and Conditions - My Say Prize Draw

1. There is one £250 Amazon Voucher to give away (the “Prize”).
2. No purchase necessary.
3. To be eligible for entry into the prize draw, each person must sign up to the My Say panel following the link provided in your email by 23:59 on 10th May 2019.
4. You may enter once as long as you complete the account registration process and short survey in full as per the instructions.
5. Entrants found to be creating multiple MySay accounts and/or false details to enter will be disqualified and ineligible to win the Prize. Entrants that have previously signed up to the MySay panel under any other brand operated by the Promotor will not be eligible to take part in this give away.
6. The opening date of this prize draw is 12:00 GMT on the 3rd May 2019.
7. The closing date of this prize draw is 23:59 GMT on the 10^th May 2019. Customers who sign up to the My Say panel after the closing date will be ineligible to win the Prize.
8. A number will be attributed to each entry and the winner will be chosen by a random number generator by the 14^th May 2019 and notified by email within 5 working days to the email used to sign up to the My Say panel.
9. To claim the Prize the winner must provide his/her contact details (including email address) when responding to the email communication sent to them confirming that they are the winner (the “Notification Email”). The Prize will then be sent electronically within 1 week of response to the Notification Email.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner if they are unable to make contact with the winner within 5 working days of sending out the Notification Email.
11. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with something similar of equivalent or greater value if for reasons beyond its reasonable control the Prize is not available.
12. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Ageas Retail Limited, any other Ageas group company, any brand of Ageas or anyone associated with the administration of this prize draw is not eligible to enter.
13. Entries submitted through third parties or agents will not be accepted.
14. The winner’s contact details will be treated as private. The winner’s screen name will be published as a news item on MySay. No other use of the winner’s name or contact details will be made.
15. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any person as a result of entering the prize draw or as the result of accepting the Prize.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues which prevent any person from successfully entering the prize draw. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury which occurs as a result of the Promoter’s negligence.
18. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to any entry, or any entries lost or delayed as a result of viruses, bugs or other causes outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
19. By entering into this prize draw you warrant that all of the information provided by you is true and accurate. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant which the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe has breached these terms and conditions.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to vary or withdraw the prize draw at any time; any such amendments will be posted as a news item on MySay.
22. The prize draw will be governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
