How does Photo Assist work?
We understand it can be difficult to explain an accident and the damage to your car.
With our Photo Assist app you can share photos with us at the scene. We’ll assess if your car is repairable and let you know on the first call^. Here's how it works:
- When you call to make a claim you'll be given the option to share photos with us.
- We'll send you a link to the Photo Assist app either by text message or email.
- Click on the link, enter the app straightaway (there's no need to download anything) and start sharing your photos - it only takes a few minutes.
