For the second consecutive year, Ageas1 won Personal Lines Insurer of the Year at the British Insurance Awards 2022. We were also shortlisted for the Customer Experience Award and Claims Initiative of the Year, in recognition of our continued focus in these areas.

Ageas1 won Gold in the Insurer Diversity and Inclusion Excellence category. This was in recognition of our successful internal programme which led to a significant increase in the number of women being employed in senior management positions.

Ageas3 were delighted to receive awards in three categories at the South West Contact Centre Awards: Best Support Team, Best Customer Engagement, and Best Transformation Programme. Additionally, at an individual level, we also received the Support Manager of the Year Award.
