Protecting customers and suppliers
We aim to ensure we continue to deliver a high level of service for our customers in their time of need, and so do our suppliers.
Whether your claim is related to your home, car or pet, we are working to ensure the resilience of everything from the parts supply chain to using video technology to support customers remotely.
Our suppliers are conscious of the need to consider the risks associated with COVID-19, especially for vulnerable customers. We’re working with them adjust and take steps in line with official advice to ensure the health and wellbeing of their teams.
Protecting our team and partners
We moved quickly to implement changes based on official advice from Public Health England, and we continue to adapt and issue daily updates to our people to protect them.
We have implemented our continuity plans with daily meetings to review the latest situation, provide recommendations and to act as needed. We have also been in communication with regulators about the steps we are taking.
