When do I get a courtesy van?
A courtesy van is covered as standard in our policies. This will only be provided whilst your vehicle is being repaired by one of our approved repairers.
We also offer 'Replacement Van Cover', which provides a hire van for up to 7 continuous days if the van you have insured with is unrecoverable (for example, if it was stolen or written off). The courtesy vehicle will be a similar size to the insured vehicle. We will not provide specialist vehicles such as a tipper.
You will not need to add this as optional cover if you would only like to be covered with a courtesy van in the event of your van being repaired by one of our approved repairers.
Bought your Ageas Van Insurance through a broker, partner or intermediary? Please get in touch with them to make any changes to your policy. Unfortunately we are unable to help with this directly.
