I don't want to renew my policy
- If your renewal date has not passed yet and your policy has been accepted for renewal, please speak to a member of our Live Chat team who will be happy to help you.
- If your renewal date has passed or your policy has not been accepted for renewal and you would like to cancel it, please follow the steps below:

- Log in to your online account
- Select 'Manage policy'
- Underneath 'View renewal', select cancellation page
- Select when you would like your policy to end; on your renewal date or another date
- Follow the steps to complete your cancellation.
