I don't want to renew my policy

  • If your renewal date has not passed yet and your policy has been accepted for renewal, please speak to a member of our Live Chat team who will be happy to help you.
  • If your renewal date has passed or your policy has not been accepted for renewal and you would like to cancel it, please follow the steps below:
    1. Log in to your online account
    2. Select 'Manage policy'
    3. Underneath 'View renewal', select cancellation page
    4. Select when you would like your policy to end; on your renewal date or another date
    5. Follow the steps to complete your cancellation.
