Online account showing old policy / online account for multiple policies
You can find your new policy in your online account by following the steps below:
- Log in to your online account
- On the 'My car', 'My home' or 'My van' page, select the registration number plate or home address
- A drop down will appear with the policies linked to your online account. Here you can select the relevant policy you wish to view
Alternatively please speak to a member of our Live Chat team via our Virtual Assistant or call us. Lines are open 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays.
Bought your Ageas Car Insurance through a broker, partner or intermediary? Please get in touch with them to make any changes to your policy. Unfortunately we are unable to help with this directly.
