Changes you can't yet make via your online account

There are a few changes you can't make through your online account, these are:

  • Change the class of use (e.g. adding commuting or business use)
  • Remove optional cover options, e.g. Breakdown cover or Legal expenses cover
  • Add, edit or remove car modifications
  • Change your name (e.g. your surname or to correct a spelling mistake)
  • Amend the Date of Birth of the policy holder, or a named driver
  • Change the correspondence address
  • Temporary vehicles or drivers
  • Changes in the renewal period
  • Changes before the policy starts
  • Changes when you have an open claim
  • Add, edit or remove a claim or conviction
  • Amend bank details, e.g. sort code or account number
