What are your opening hours?
Customer Services: Our call centres are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 18:00 and Saturdays from 08:30 - 16:00. You can also speak to a human colleague on our website on Monday to Friday from 08:30am - 6:30pm and on Saturdays from 08:30 - 4.00pm (please be aware our hours might differ on bank holidays).
Claims: Our Claims Team is open 24 hours a day in order for you to report a claim.
Bought your Ageas Car Insurance through a broker, partner or intermediary? Please get in touch with them to make any changes to your policy. Unfortunately we are unable to help with this directly.
