Ageas Insurance Limited, the sole underwriter for John Lewis Travel Insurance, is delighted that they have been recognized as the Best Direct Travel Insurance Provider at the Your Money 2014 awards for the second year in a row. This latest success further highlights the value Ageas brings to its partnership with the UK’s ‘most trusted brand’.
An important facet of the relationship is the sales, administration and claims services support delivered to John Lewis customers by Ageas Insurance Solutions from its office in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Your Money Awards recognise the efforts of those organisations which offer the best products and services to consumers. Now in their 17th year, the awards are the longest standing awards in the industry. All entrants are subjected to a rigorous judging process based on competitiveness of price and structure. Short-listed firms are then judged by a panel of readers who mystery shop each company and benchmark the quality of service provided in each product area.

Working with John Lewis since 2008, Ageas recently secured a five year agreement as a lead panel underwriter for John Lewis Motor Insurance. In 2012, Ageas was selected by John Lewis Insurance to develop and provide travel insurance for its customers.
