Ageas has won Bodyshop Magazine’s ‘Insurance Company of the Year’ award for 2014 for the third year running and fourth year overall, for developing and maintaining true commercial relationships with its repairer business partners to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
Ageas has been recognised for maintaining a strong relationship with its repair network and achieving key results in collaboration with its suppliers. Ageas achieved its objectives which included;
- Concentrating on reducing cycle times with our network
- A low friction relationship with the repair network
- Not micro managing the network
- Improving repair direction volumes including increased third party customers into the network.
The ‘Ageas Way’ philosophy underpins our operations. This has embedded a refreshed strategy, attitude and approach on how to deal with both customers and our repair partners.
