Thriving relationship also bolstered by the addition of commercial vehicle insurance
Ageas, one of the UK’s largest general insurers, and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company of Europe Ltd (Aioi) have announced a new five year deal regarding the provision of insurance to Toyota (GB) PLC’s 1.3 million Toyota and Lexus UK customers.
Following the launch of the successful Car insurance relationship in 2010 for Toyota and Lexus branded insurance policies underwritten by Aioi, the expanded deal now also delivers Commercial Vehicle insurance for the first time.
Customers are able to take advantage of ‘Drive Home’ policies via the Toyota and Lexus Centre networks, as well as having the option to purchase full, annual comprehensive policies. An award-winning customer service team within Stoke-based Ageas Insurance Solutions will continue to service the Toyota and Lexus customers, managing all policy sales and service administration. Ageas Insurance Limited will continue to handle all claims on behalf of Aioi.
