To make a claim

If you need to make a claim, you can phone our UK-based claims team 24/7 on 0345 125 2491.

With our home insurance, you're not tied in to the usual 12 month contract so your policy renews monthly until you decide you want to leave. You can check your premium in your online account at any time. 

There really isn't one. You can make your changes online with no admin fee and leave anytime with no cancellation charge.

We believe our home cover is comprehensive. However, we’re currently developing our optional extras and will let you know when they’re available.

Once you've chosen your cover and picked your premium, we think you should keep it. That said, there are a few things out of our control which could impact how much you pay:

  • If you make a claim or a change to your policy
  • Government or industry wide changes, for example increases to insurance premium tax or inflation

If any of these events do ever happen, we’ll give you advance notice of any increases to your monthly price. Otherwise your price just keeps on rolling.

Important things to know

  • In the event of any queries about your cashback please contact Quidco Customer Support as the retailer will be unable to deal with this type of query
  • This programme is being monitored. Quidco members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately, and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation

Terms & conditions

  • Cashback will not be paid for renewals.
  • Cashback is only available to elastic customers, who are taking out a new elastic Home Insurance policy.
  • Cashback will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom and for policies which cover the UK.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive, discount or promotion that ageas elastic are running.
  • Minimum monthly premium of £5.60 must be applied to be eligible for the cashback
  • Cashback will only be paid to members who have BACS as their registered Quidco payment method
  • Cashback will not be paid if a saved quote is used. You must click the Quidco link, generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately and wholly online. This will ensure the policy is tracked correctly for you to receive cashback, if this is not done you will not be eligible for cashback.
  • Your policy must be live for at least 90 days and all payments due must have been made in order to qualify for cashback.
  • Sales that have not been tracked must be raised as queries within 3 months or cashback will not be paid.
