The selection process
Our standard selection process for the Ageas Graduate programme follows a four stage process.
Stage 1: Application process
Complete an application form on line with details of your qualification and attached your CV. Complete several competency questions to tell us a little about yourself.
Stage 2: Testing only for selected roles
For some roles there may be a requirement to complete on line testing. You will be contacted to inform you how to complete this.
Stage 3: Telephone interview
Telephone interviews will be arranged once you have successfully reached this stage. Our recruitment team will talk you through this competency based telephone interview.
Stage 4: Assessment Centre
When you have successfully reached this stage you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at our Eastleigh office. The day gives you an opportunity to see the organisation in action and take part in exercises that show you at your best.
