It’s always our aim to make it easy for our customers to deal with us and to make our products and services better and more straightforward. Don’t just take our word for it though. Our awards are just one of the ways that show we’re achieving this, as voted for by our customers, brokers and expert industry panels.

Over the last few years, we’ve been lucky enough to receive more than 50 major honours for pretty much every product and service we offer. This includes the prestigious Gold Standard Award for Insurance nine years running, plus, we’ve been accredited with the ServiceMark by the Institute of Customer Service. That’s a tremendous vote of confidence.

Of course, the real proof of our success is our customers who choose us in their millions every year.  But we also appreciate industry experts telling us they’re impressed by what we’re trying to do. It helps us know we’re heading in the right direction.

What really matters to us is making insurance easy and straightforward for our customers – giving them the first-class service they deserve. And we know we’ve got work to do before we can say every customer is completely satisfied with everything we do. So we won’t be resting on our laurels any time soon.
