New agreement to improve access to motor and travel insurance for older customer

The Association of British Insurers (ABI), British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) and the HM Government have recently entered into a non-statutory agreement effective from 6th April 2012 to address concerns about access to both motor and travel insurance for older people where a maximum age limit is used.

EU Court of Justice ruling on the Gender Directive
